Privacy policy

How PRONK! Productions LLP handles personal information submitted through this website.

Last updated: 13 September 2026.

Who we are

PRONK! Productions LLP (company no. OC417312) is the controller of personal information collected through this website. We are based in London, UK and work internationally. Contact us at info@pronkproductions.com.

Information we collect

If you contact us or submit a project enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, project type, subject or idea, development stage, timeline, indicative budget and any other information you choose to provide.

We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics 4 may collect information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser information, traffic source and interaction data. If you consent to external media, Apple may receive technical information when an Apple Podcasts player is loaded.

Why we use personal information

We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess possible work, develop proposals, take steps towards a contract, manage client relationships, maintain appropriate business records and protect our systems. Our lawful bases are normally steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interests in running and developing PRONK!, and legal obligations where relevant.

Optional Google Analytics and optional external media are used only after your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time through the Cookie settings control.

Contact forms and hosting

The website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to receive project enquiries. Form submissions may therefore be processed through Netlify's infrastructure before being delivered to PRONK!. We use appropriate service providers to support hosting, email, IT, accounting and professional administration.

Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-53YP03C9SN) to understand which pages are useful, how visitors find the website and how the site performs. We do not use Google Analytics on this site for personalised advertising. Analytics is blocked until you opt in. You can change your choice at any time.

Embedded audio and external websites

Some project pages offer Apple Podcasts players. These players are blocked until you consent to external media or choose to load a player. Loading third-party content may disclose your IP address, browser information and the page you are visiting to that provider, and the provider may use cookies or similar storage under its own policies. Direct listening links are provided as an alternative.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the website and business, with professional advisers, with project collaborators where appropriate and authorised, or where disclosure is required by law.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we seek to use an adequacy arrangement or appropriate contractual safeguards.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as it remains reasonably relevant to the enquiry, a prospective or active client relationship, contractual or legal requirements, or legitimate business records. Information that becomes part of an active production or contract may be retained for longer where needed for rights, accounting, compliance or project records. Analytics information is retained according to the settings of our Google Analytics property and only for as long as it remains useful for website measurement.

Your rights

UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, receive certain information in a portable format and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Rights depend on the circumstances and may be subject to legal exemptions.

You can make a request by emailing info@pronkproductions.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how your information has been handled.

Security and changes

We take reasonable organisational and technical steps to protect information. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this policy when our website, suppliers or processing activities change; the date at the top shows the latest version.
